Welcome. These terms cover your use of findfulfillingwork.org (the "site"), which is run by Michael Nazari in Phoenix, AZ. By using the site you agree to them. They are written in plain language on purpose.

What this site is

The site shares stories, essays, and practical advice about finding work you enjoy, plus links to products and resources I make. It is here to inform and help. It is not a job placement service, and using it does not create a coaching, employment, or client relationship between us.

Not professional advice

Everything here comes from my own experience and research. It is general information, not legal, financial, tax, medical, or personalized career advice. Your situation is your own, so use your judgment and talk to a qualified professional when a decision calls for it.

No guarantees. I cannot promise you will get an interview, a job offer, a raise, or any particular result from anything you read or buy. Results depend on you, your market, and factors neither of us control.

Products and purchases

Digital products, the free resume template, and the A.I. Job Search Sprint are sold and delivered through third-party platforms such as Beacons. When you buy or download something there, that platform's terms and the details shown at checkout govern the sale, including pricing, delivery, and any refund policy. Products are for your personal use. Please do not resell, share, or republish them.

Using the content

The writing, videos, images, and design on this site belong to Michael Nazari unless noted otherwise. You are welcome to read, share links, and quote short passages with credit and a link back. You may not copy, republish, sell, or use the content to train commercial products without my written permission. To ask, email me.

Your responsibilities

• Use the site for lawful purposes only.
• Do not try to break, overload, scrape at scale, or interfere with the site or its hosting.
• Do not misrepresent yourself as me or as affiliated with Find Fulfilling Work.

Links to other sites

The site links out to platforms I use (Beacons, Substack, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Passionfroot) and sometimes to other sites I find useful. I do not control those sites and am not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.

Brand partnerships

Some content on my social channels or newsletter may be sponsored. When it is, I say so in the content itself, following the platform's rules and U.S. advertising guidelines.

The tiktok-to-shorts tool

tiktok-to-shorts is a personal command line tool that Michael Nazari runs on his own computer. When a new video is posted to the TikTok account @findfulfillingwork, the tool downloads that video and uploads it to Michael's own YouTube channel as a Short, with the same caption. Michael is the only user. The tool is not sold, licensed, or distributed to anyone else.

Use of YouTube API Services

This tool uses YouTube API Services. By using it you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's Privacy Policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy. The tool uses only the YouTube Data API v3 videos.insert endpoint, with the single scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.upload, to upload videos to the owner's own channel.

Acceptable use

The tool is used only to upload the owner's own original videos to the owner's own YouTube channel. It is not used to access, collect, or process data belonging to any other person or channel.

Data

The tool stores a login token and a local list of already uploaded video identifiers on the owner's own computer. It does not run any server and does not collect data from anyone. Access can be removed at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, and the local files can be deleted at any time. How the tool handles data is covered in more detail in the Privacy Policy.

No warranty

The tool is provided as is, without any warranty. The owner uses it at his own risk.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." I work to keep things accurate and online, but I make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that the content is error-free or that the site will always be available.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Michael Nazari and Find Fulfilling Work are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of income, opportunity, or data, that comes from using or being unable to use the site or its content. If liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid me, if anything, in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

I may update these terms as the site and my offerings change. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
